Fabulous Aunty Jan! Ready with a smile, a chuckle and "not to worry" but a genuine listener's ear that picked up when I really needed to hear something serious and from the heart. You gave so much love to every friend, family member, waif or stray that came across your path. Visits to you and Uncle David were chaotic, bubbly and such FUN. What a full-to-the-brim, crammed-with-adventures life! My girls remember Aunty Jan as "the one who had fairies in her garden" - you definitely inherited Grandma's love of magic and children. NZ has kept me away from family gatherings and I wish I could catch up with all my lovely cousins for a hug and to say how truly sorry I am that Aunty Jan has died.
